Our warranty policy for cycling clothing purchased online is as follows:

  1. 90 day limited warranty on all of our cycling apparel. If your cycling apparel develops any faulty workmanship or material during this period, we will replace or repair it free of charge.

  2. Eligibility Requirements: The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, normal wear and tear, accident or negligence. Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.

  3. How to make a warranty claim: If you have any issues with your cycling apparel purchased online, please contact us by email at info@wavhaicycling.com. We will ask you to provide a detailed description of the problem and photos of the defect. We will review your complaint and contact you with instructions on how to proceed.
