For orders under $150, standard shipping fees will apply.

At Wavhai Cycling, we aim to make the return process simple and transparent.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.

Items must be returned in their original condition:

– Unworn
– Unwashed
– Free of stains, odors, or pet hair
– With original tags attached
– In the original packaging whenever possible

Size exchanges can be made directly through your customer account within 14 days of receiving your order, subject to product availability.

Once your return has been received and inspected, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 3 to 7 business days.

A $10 fee will be deducted from the refund if the prepaid return label provided by Wavhai is used.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
