Our Story

Wavhai was born from a feeling.

That moment when cycling stops feeling like effort and becomes a rhythm instead. A fluid movement. A sense of freedom that comes naturally, like a wave.

After spending much of her life in the world of cycling, Rosalie Auger developed a deep connection not only to movement, but also to the pressure that often surrounds the sport. Performance, comparison, elitist standards, the idea of always needing to prove yourself — cycling can sometimes feel intimidating, especially for women.

Wavhai was created from that realization.

The goal was never to simplify cycling, but to make it feel more human. More accessible. More alive.

To create apparel that makes women want to ride for the right reasons: enjoyment, well-being, confidence, and the feeling of being comfortable in their own body.

Today, Wavhai develops women’s cycling apparel designed primarily in Quebec, created to support women in their own rhythm. A brand that values comfort and aesthetics equally, without falling into the rigidity or exclusivity often associated with the industry.

Wavhai exists for women who ride hard, softly, far, or simply for the feeling of freedom it brings.

Because cycling can be demanding without being intimidating.
And because it is possible to appreciate precision, color, and beauty while staying deeply human.
