We offer free shipping on all orders over $150 before taxes.

Standard shipping fees will apply to orders under $150.

Return Policy

We want to make the return process simple and transparent.

Timeframe and conditions

Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.

Items must be returned in their original condition:

– Unworn
– Unwashed
– Free of stains, odors, or pet hair
– With original tags attached
– In their original packaging whenever possible

Exchanges

Size exchanges can be requested directly through your customer account within 14 days of receiving your order, subject to stock availability.

Refunds

Once the return has been received and inspected, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 3 to 7 business days.

A $10 fee will be deducted from the refund if the return label provided by Wavhai is used.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

No refunds or returns will be accepted.
